    • 2021 – Present : Advisor to MEDAR GROUP, Meditime Hospital, Atasehir, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their newly operational General Hospital project. RESPONSIBILITY: to Re-design existing Architectural Drawings for specific areas in accordance with International Standards, namely: Operating Theatre Suite; Intensive Care Unit; Delivery Suite; Patient Wards; Clinical Laboratory; Central Sterilization Supply department; and Morgue.
    • 2020 – Present : Facilitator to LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL CONCERNS, for the Import/Export of PPE personal protection equipment. RESPONSIBILITY: Assisting Governments to source products from across the globe to aid their fight against COVID-19. When Turkish production became sufficient, to then support International Organizations and other governments around the world with their Emergency Medical Services (EMS). Having collaborated with several governmental agencies and international organizations since the crisis started, we have acquired a solid knowledge in assets applicable for detection and protection against the virus. We now offer this unparalleled experience to other governments.
    • 2020 – 2021 : Advisor to LOCAL GROUPS, in Turkey for the Development of Designs relating to Inoculation Tents and Modular Medical Facilities. RESPONSIBILITY: to develop SOA schedules of accommodation; to assist in design development; to generate medical equipment and furniture listings.
    • 2019 – 2020 : Contracted to SANTECARE GROUP, Erbil, Northern Iraq, to provide consultation on the conversion of the existing 25,000sqm 120 Bed KCH Kurdistan Children’s Hospital Project to a General Hospital. RESPONSIBILITY: to develop SOA schedules of accommodation based upon the proposed Departmental Expansion Program, to determine those rooms necessary to complete all departments, the quantity of each type of room and associated square meter requirements; the departmental expansion program inclusive of Radiotherapy, Nuclear Medicine, Chemotherapy, Burns Unit, Infectious Isolation Unit, IVF Centre & Genetics Laboratory, associated Wards and additional Polyclinics and Services; the SOA equated to 16,000sqm additional space requirement, of which it was decided that 4,000sqm to be incorporated into the existing main hospital building immediately, with a 12,000sqm Expansion Building to be constructed at a later date as a future project. The 4,000sqm portion to be inclusive of additional Polyclinics and Services, namely: Cardiology, Angiography Suite, Cardiovascular ICU, General ICU, NICU (expansion), Neurology, Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation, Paediatrics (expansion), Gastroenterology, Urology. RESPONSIBILITY: to Re-design Architectural Drawings of areas as outlined above; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates. RESPONSIBILITY: to perform site surveys in order to control mechanical and electrical services inclusion to rooms and placement coordinates within rooms; to prepare detailed design and shop drawings for relevant rooms based upon latest selected equipment; to advise on standards and finishing materials; to advise site personnel on mechanical and electrical services requirements.
    • 2017 – 2019 : Contracted to KAYI GROUP, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 45,000 sqm 140 Bed Military Hospital Project in Ouargla, Algeria. RESPONSIBILITY: to perform site surveys in order to control mechanical and electrical services inclusion to rooms and placement coordinates within rooms; to prepare detailed design and shop drawings for relevant rooms based upon latest selected equipment; to coordinate with selected suppliers for any/all necessary pre-installation details; to advise on standards and finishing materials; to advise site personnel on mechanical and electrical services requirements.
  • OUARGLA MILITARY HOSPITAL – OUARGLA / ALGERIA
    • 2016 - 2018 : Contracted to KAYI Holding S.A. and Salini Impregilo S.p.A., to provide consultation on the 600,000 sqm 1,875 Bed Integrated Healthcare Campus PPP Project in Gaziantep, Turkey. RESPONSIBILITY: to provide consultancy services to proceed to a third party analysis and evaluation, from an operation and maintenance perspective, of the Final Design (already approved by the Administration) and the Implementation Design (in progress) in the various areas of interest S1 to S19. Particularly of interest to the Services Operator, some hospital areas must to be considered in detail, such as Laboratories, Radiology Department, Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine, CSSD, Central Kitchen, Central Laundry, HYMS, etc.
  • GAZIANTEP INTEGRATED HEALTH CAMPUS
    • 2016 - 2018 : Contracted to KAYI GROUP, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 60,000sqm 250 Bed Military Hospital Project in Beshar, Algeria.RESPONSIBILITY: to assist architect in development of 1:100 and 1:50 scale architectural concept drawings; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates.
  • BECHAR MILITARY HOSPITAL – BECHAR / ALGERIA
    • 2015 – 2016 :Contracted to KAYI GROUP, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 45,000 sqm 140 Bed Military Hospital Project in Ouargla, Algeria.RESPONSIBILITY: to assist architect in development of 1:100 and 1:50 scale architectural concept drawings; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates.
    • 2014 – 2016 : Contracted to ETC GROUP, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 16,600 sqm 100 Bed Maternity Hospital Project in Ufa, Southern Russia. RESPONSIBILITY: to assist architect in development of 1:100 and 1:50 scale architectural concept drawings; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates.
    • 2014 – 2015 : Contracted to AE MIMARLIK, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 24,000sqm 400 Bed Hospital Project in Yefren, Libya. RESPONSIBILITY: to assist architect in development of 1:100 and 1:50 scale architectural concept drawings; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates.
    • 2014 – 2015 :Contracted to VMC Vienna Medical Centre, to provide consultation on their 11,500sqm 55- Bed Hospital Project in Baku, Azerbaijan. RESPONSIBILITY: to revise architectural design in accordance with JCI Standards; to generate medical layout drawings; to determine the medical equipment package room by room listings; to determine the mechanical and electrical design loadings; to generate detailed design for appropriate medical rooms wherein wall elevations are produced showing mechanical and electrical services coordinates.
    • 2012 – 2014 : Contracted to MEC Middle East Consulting, Istanbul, to provide consultation for the Hospital Management Phase of the Suleymania 400-Bed and Zahok 200-Bed hospital projects in Northern Iraq.
    • 2011 – 2013 : Contracted to MEC Middle East Consulting, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their various projects in Northern Iraq.
    • 2011 – 2012 : Contracted to ARUP CONSULTING, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 6,000sqm Rehabilitation Centre Project in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

    • 2011 – 2013 : Contracted to KONTEK INSAAT A.S., Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 25,000sqm 280 Bed Hospital Project in Noyabrsk, Northern Siberia.
    • 2010 – 2011 : Contracted to AE MIMARLIK, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 24,000sqm 400 Bed Hospital Project in Yefren, Libya.
    • 2010 –2011 : Contracted to MEYA INSAAT PROJE ve DANISMANLIK, Moda, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 22,000sqm 400 Bed Hospital Project in Khums, Libya.
    • 2009 – 2010 : Contracted to MEYA INSAAT PROJE ve DANISMANLIK, Moda, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 24,000sqm 400 Bed Hospital Project in Zliten, Libya.
    • 2009 – 2010 : Contracted to CLINOTECH GROUP, CANADA, Yesilkoy, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 83,000sqm Private-Government 1000 Bed Hospital Project in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
    • 2007 – 2008 : Contracted to ACIBADEM PROJE YONETIMI A.S., Maslak, Istanbul, to provide consultation on several of their hospital projects namely: Acibadem Fulya Hospital Project, 20,000sqm Acibadem Kayseri Hospital Project, 17,000sqm Acibadem Adana Hospital Project, 18,000sqm Acibadem Eskisehir Hospital Project, 18,000sqm

    • 2003 – 2006 : Contracted to AMERIKAN HOSPITAL, Nisantasi Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 19,000sqm extension, Phase II.

    • 2003 : Contracted to AE MIMARLIK, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 50,000sqm Pamukkale University Hospital in Denizli.

    • 2002 : Contracted to ALARKO ALSIM, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 70,000sqm Afyon University.

    • 2001 – 2002 : Contracted to GARANTI Balfour Beatty, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 15,000sqm Kocaeli University Diagnostic Centre in Izmit.

    • 2001 – 2004 : Contracted to ETIK PROJE, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 20,000sqm Kent Private Hospital in Izmir.

    • 2000 – 2001 : Contracted to VEHBI KOC FOUNDATION, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 4,500sqm Traumatology Center at the Haydarpasa Numune Hospital in Istanbul.

    • 1999 – 2001 : Contracted to FORD OTOSAN, Istanbul, to provide consultation on the 15,000sqm Kocaeli University Diagnostic Centre at Derince, Izmit.
    • 1999 – 2000 : Contracted to ALARKO ALSIM, Levent, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 40,000sqm Suleyman Demirel University at Isparta.

SULEYMAN DEMIREL UNIVERSITY MEDICINE FACULTY – ISPARTA

    • 1998 – 2000 : Contracted to ITALIAN HOSPITAL, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 6,000sqm revisions to the existing complex.
    • 1997 – 2000 : Contracted to AMERIKAN HASTANESI , Nisantasi Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 21,000sqm extension, Phase I.

V.K.V. AMERICAN HOSPITAL – ISTANBUL

    • 1997 – 1999 : Contracted to MEMORIAL HOSPITAL, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their 16,000sqm new private hospital.

MEMORIAL HOSPITAL – ISTANBUL

    • 1996 – 1998 : Contracted to ACIBADEM Saglık Hızmetlerı, Kadıkoy, Istanbul, to provide consultation on their existing Acibadem Hospital Extension and new Kozyatagı hospital.

ACIBADEM KOZYATAGI HOSPITAL – ISTANBUL

    • 1995 – 1998 : Contracted to ALARKO ALSIM, Levent, Istanbul, to provide consultation and report on their Children Oncological Hospital for 250 beds with a Hotel for 100 beds.
    • 1993 –1995 : Contracted by DEFNE Metal ve Sanayi Ürünleri Tic A.S., Yenisahra, Istanbul, as overall medical consultant for a 100-bed Maternity Hospital in Novokuznetsk, Western Siberia.
    • 1993 – 1994 : Contracted by STFA, Sezai Turkes Fevzı Akkaya Insaat A.S., as consultant of Healthcare Facilities.
    • 1992 –1993 : MEDICAL CONSULTANT: Special Services Agreement with the OPS office (Overseas Project Services) of the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) in New York to provide consultation to the Turkish Ministry of Health in the First Phase of their Five-Year Plan for the upgrade of the healthcare system/facilities in Turkey against a $500,000,000 World Bank Loan

    • 1990 – 1992 : MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ADVISOR: Contracted to turnkey contractor, Petkontur in Ankara, on their 500-bed Medical Care Centre for Zapsib in Novokuznetks, Western Siberia
    • 1987 – 1990 : MEDICAL EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR: Contracted to Multicare Health Corporation, an American Hospital Management Group, involved on the 100-bed International Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey (Formally known as Haifawi Medikal Turizm Tesisleri A.S.).
